Starting with the natural principles that provide the ‘secret’ to this beautiful medium, this Introduction to Watercolour workshop will provide an immersive and practical course to help you better understand the methods of watercolour painting.

Offering a hands-on introduction to watercolour with Tony, this workshop will share important techniques used by the greatest watercolour artists throughout history as you refine your skills and technique.

About this series

For three weekends you'll be initiated into an apprenticeship with an internationally recognised master of watercolour at the Art Gallery at Royal Park.

This Masterclass series with Tony Smibert is designed to be a progressive series, allowing you to either build and refine skills throughout the duration of the program or attend individual sessions as a standalone experience.
